Galvanized angle steel shelving is a kind of light shelving commonly used in our daily production and life, and the steel used is angle steel. Galvanized angle is a kind of steel often used in construction and daily life. How much do you know about its production process? Please listen to the following explanation.

What is galvanized angel?
Galvanized angles are divided into hot-dip galvanized angles and cold-dip galvanized angles. Hot-dip galvanized angles are also called hot-dip galvanized angles or hot-dip galvanized angles. Cold galvanized coating is mainly used to ensure full contact between zinc powder and steel through the electrochemical principle to produce an electrode potential difference for corrosion protection. It is to immerse the angle steel after rust removal into the melted zinc solution at about 500℃, so that the angle steel surface is attached with a zinc layer, thus playing the purpose of anti-corrosion, suitable for various strong acids, alkali mist, and other strong corrosive environments.
Galvanized Angle Process
Angle pickling → washing → dipping auxiliary plating solvent → drying preheating → hanging plating → cooling → passivation → cleaning → grinding → hot dip galvanizing finished. The galvanized layer of hot-dip galvanized angle is of uniform thickness, up to 30-50um, with good reliability. The galvanized layer is metallurgically bonded with the steel and becomes part of the steel surface, so the durability of the galvanized layer of hot-dip galvanized angle is more reliable.
Applications of galvanized angle
Galvanized angle steel has a bright and beautiful surface, uniform plating, strong adhesion, long service life, lower cost than other paint coatings, strong corrosion resistance, and good ductility. Galvanized angle steel is widely used in electric power pylons, communication pylons, curtain wall materials, shelf erection, railroad, highway protection, street light poles, marine components, building steel structure components, substation appurtenances, light industry, etc.
